Body Lines is introducing an 8 week dance program beginning Jan 2016. Each class will consist of a proper dance warm up, instruction in acro, ballet, jazz technique as well as choreography at the end of each class. Our teachers are all experienced, professional and passionate about teaching your child how to dance. We have excellent student to teacher ratios, to ensure your child's progress in this mini session. Monday 4:45pm-5:30pm 4-6yrs (Class begins Jan 4th ends Feb 29th 2016. No class on Family Day Feb 15th) Wednesday 5:15pm-6pm 9-12yrs. (Class begins Jan 6th ends Feb 24th 2016) Saturday 1pm-1:45pm 7-9yrs. (Class begins Jan 9th ends Feb 27th 2016) The cost for this 8 week program is $125 taxes included. Refer a friend and receive $25 towards this mini session. (The referral must sign up and pay for a program in order to receive the $25 credit) We appreciate all of our clients and there referrals. :) Call or email us to find out more about this program and or to save your spot with a registration. Hello Body Lines clients:) A friendly reminder that we are open Saturday October 10th for all of our children s dance classes and adult fitness classes. We will be closed Monday October 12th 2015 for Thanksgiving. Have a great long weekend, eats lots of turkey and then come and join us for a work out the following week:)

Hello Everyone, We are so excited for our upcoming 2015/2016 dance season. We are taking registration and are available by email, phone or walk in. Below are the walk in registration dates: Monday August 24th, Tuesday August 25th and Wednesday August 26th from 5pm-7pm. Thursday September 3rd 6pm-8pm and Saturday September 5th 10am-1pm. We have amazing programs suitable for boys and girls ages 18 months and up. We look forward to seeing you.

Tickets are now on sale for our dance production, "Fall". This is a one of a kind show with a self written script that you don't want to miss. Enjoy acting, singing and dancing from boys and girls ranging 3 yrs and up at the recreational, performance and competitive levels. Fall is on March 7th 2015 at 1:30pm. We are excited to announce that we officially moved into our new space yesterday:). This new spacious facility includes an inviting lobby, three studios and one fitness/private training studio.
