We have heavily invested in state of the art sprung floors manufactured by ROSCO to bring you the best quality in dance flooring possible. Our sub-floors are finished with Marley flooring for a professional edge.
We also have a variety of acro equipment available to our elite athletes, including incline mats and tumbling strips.

Rosco SubFloor was developed and tested by dancers to insure the perfect combination
of resilience (spring or bounce) and stability. It is flexible enough to absorb the energy
from a dancer's impact but provides the right amount of resistance for dance movements
ranging from ballet to tap, including folk, modern, Flamenco and Irish dancing.
An integral part of the Rosco SubFloor system is the 4.5" diameter closed cell
foam pads. These 1" thick pads are affixed at specific locations on the underside of
each SubFloor panel. This, combined with the Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF)
construction of the panels, utilizing our patented WaveLock® technology, yields
superb resilience and dimensional stability.

Our fitness studio is an open layout and includes a multitude of fitness equipment such as free weights, Pilates Balls, a Pilates Reformer, Pilates Cadillac, Stability Balls and a variety of small props. Training sessions are mainly focused on core stability and alignment through each exercise using weights, balls, BOSU, and pulleys. However, the most impressive piece of equipment that we have in store is MOTIVATION! You will be equipped with all the tools you need to lead a healthy and active lifestyle!
