| Class Descriptions |
This class is strictly to learn acrobatic skills. If you are an adult who is a beginner, or a adult with experience and looking to get back into shape with your acro/gymnastics, this class is for you. Each adult works at his or her own skill level and therefore all ages and abilities are welcome.
Skills such as rolls, cartwheels, headstands, handstands, walkovers, round-offs, front tucks and more are just a few skills that are taught throughout this hour. We will use a variety of gymnastic equipment such as a tumbling strip, incline mats, crash mats, mini trampoline and more in order to help you get to your goals with completing your acro skills. This class will also focus on strength training exercises as well as assisted stretching which are also necessary tools in order to achieve your skills.

This is a one hour class targeted towards the individual who is looking to gain flexibility, strength and develop gymnastics skills. It is a class that requires experience in either acro or gymnastics. This class is perfect for competitive dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders looking to further their development in their acro skills and tumbling. We also include circuit training and plyometrics to develop elevation in jumps and all-round stamina.

Cardio dance is an exhilarating, heart-pumping workout that incorporates dance moves from many different types of dancing, such as Hip Hop, Jazz, Ballroom and many more.
No dance experience is required and two left feet will not stop you from having a blast and getting the benefits of this ultimate, high-energy experience.

This class combines the classical technique of ballet with the free movement of lyrical using contemporary lyrical music. The entire class takes place in the center to increase balance and core strength. While you will be learning steps and proper technique the emphasis is on joining those steps and dancing your way into better shape. As always at Body Lines, this class will end with a good stretch leaving your feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Looking for a way to spice up your fitness regime? Body Lines is pleased to announce that Zumba Fit is now available. This class is fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, and will help you burn all those unwanted calories. Zumba is not only a great way to stay in shape, its a also a great way to meet new people as everyone is here to have a good time. SIgn up with a friend and make it a girls night out!

Jazz is one of the original forms of dance that reflects the spirit and mood of contemporary society as seen in pop, rock, hip-hop, rhythm and blues. Jazz classes improve technique, strength and flexibility while learning a diverse style of dance. Each class includes a fun and challenging warm up, then skill development and a jazz combination. This class is not only fun and exciting but a great cardio workout as well.
