Body Lines Dance and Fitness is a new facility in which a number of highly skilled and experienced professionals have collaborated together, through dance and fitness, for the purpose of promoting healthy living.
Our qualified trainers will motivate you on your way to achieving your personal goals, whether it be to educate yourself on the proper form and technique used in different fitness programs or to simply add variety to your workout, while having fun in a personal or small group fitness setting.

Select Offerings
Body Lines is currently looking for girls and boys interested in performing in acro dance. This program will consist of children 6 years and up who are interested in performing in festivals, plays, parades, community events and more. If your son or daughter loves to perform and is interested in auditioning for this program, please call us or email us for details. Experience in dance and or gymnastics is preferred.
Whether you are a beginner looking to try something new or somebody who has experience and looking to get back into things: Body Lines has a variety of adult dance classes to offer you. For more information on our schedule and class offerings please see our dance page.
Dance Camp
This is a full day summer camp for ages 4yrs and up with optional early drop-off and late-pickup available. Our camps will include a variety of dance games, a craft each day and instruction in acro, ballet, hip hop and jazz. During the camp the instructor will also choreograph dances in each discipline and on the the last day of camp we invite the parents to view a short but entertaining performance of all that is learned throughout the week!.
Week 1: July 5th-9th 10am-4pm
Week 2: July 26th-30th 10am-4pm
Week 3: August 16th-20th 10am-4pm
Acro Intensive Camp
This camp is targeted towards those looking to build strength and or flexibility as well as improve on their acrobatic skills. Throughout this camp a variety of acro equipment will be used to create circuits and drills so that the children can improve on there acro skills. The camp will also include hands on stretching and personalized strengthening in order to help insure positive results.
Week 1:July 12th-16th 10am-4pm
Week 2: August 3rd-6th (4 day week)*
Cost for camps $150 per week (including taxes) (* 4 day camp $120 (including taxes))
