Looking for a way to spice up your fitness regime? Body Lines is pleased to announce that Zumba Fit is now available. This class is fun, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, and will help you burn all those unwanted calories. Join the fun and sign up today, We are filling up fast! Next session starting Tuesday, September 17, 2013 (8:15pm-9:15pm). Cost for 8 weeks is $135.60.

Body Lines Dance and Fitness is a new facility in which a number of highly skilled and experienced professionals have collaborated together, through dance and fitness, for the purpose of promoting healthy living.
Our qualified trainers will motivate you on your way to achieving your personal goals, whether it be to educate yourself on the proper form and technique used in different fitness programs or to simply add variety to your workout, while having fun in a personal or small group fitness setting.
The owners and creators of Body Lines, Christine and Erin, have an extensive background in training competitive gymnasts, dancers and other young athletes, as well as a background in Personal Training, Pilates, nutrition, healthy living, post rehab and injury prevention. Together, they were able to develop specialized programs for fitness and dance that combine the best of each technique. More and more we are discovering that flexibility and core strength are the key ingredients to healthly bodies and preventing injuries. Each and every class at Body Lines, from dance to fitness, combines funtional, challenging exercises specific to the sport, dance, or everyday life that suits you, with assisted stretching to lengthen your muscles and relieve tension.
